Project Description

This training management system includes a web-based training management system and a mini-program, suitable for large and medium-sized group enterprises and training schools for large-scale online and offline training or certification training. From training needs to the formulation and approval of training plans, to the full-process management of the entire training process, to forming one file per person and one file per session after class completion, automatically generating graduation certificates or qualification certificates.

The mini-program supports the needs of training and education functional departments, training and education managers of various subsidiaries, as well as group leaders, class teachers, teachers, and students. Different users logging in will enter different subsystems. Students can learn courses online, earn points, practice and take exams online, view their certificates, request leave, view their learning files, etc. Class teachers can view sign-ins uploaded from attendance machines in real-time, approve leave requests, logs, upload image materials, etc.

The system supports direct scanning of second-generation ID cards to automatically enter student information.

The system supports integration with attendance machines, can distribute student facial recognition information to attendance machines, supports fingerprint, face and ID card sign-in and attendance, attendance information is uploaded to the system and class teacher mini-program in real-time, and the system determines student lateness, early departure, and absenteeism based on custom sign-in templates.
